Jeffrey Sanders

Dr. Jeffrey Sanders is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Food Science at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He holds roles as product manager and technical lead for the consumer packaged goods applications group at Schrödinger since 2013, and serves as a managing board member of the Food Engineering, Expansion, and Development (FEED) institute.

Education:

• B.S. in Applied Physics, Worcester Polytechnic Institute
• Ph.D. in Biophysics and Molecular Pharmacology, Thomas Jefferson Medical College

His research interests span food science, biophysics, and molecular pharmacology, with a focus on applications in consumer packaged goods and food engineering. He leads technical initiatives at Schrödinger and actively contributes to the FEED institute's expansion efforts.
