Jeffrey S. Lubin, MD, MPH, is a Professor at Penn State College of Medicine, specializing in Emergency Medicine and Public Health Sciences. He serves as Vice Chair for the Department of Emergency Medicine and Director of Quality and Patient Safety for the Emergency Department at Penn State Health. His roles include leadership in medical education, prehospital care, and quality improvement initiatives.
