Jeffrey S. Debies-Carl

Jeffrey S. Debies-Carl is a Professor in the Psychology Department and Sociology Program at the University of New Haven's College of Arts and Sciences. His research focuses on the interplay between physical and virtual environments and social behavior, including urban legends, conspiracy theories, and subcultural dynamics. He holds a Ph.D., M.A., and B.A. in Sociology from Ohio State University and Kent State University.
