Jeffrey Pfeffer is The Thomas D. Dee II Professor of Organizational Behavior at Stanford University's Graduate School of Business (GSB), where he has taught since 1979. He specializes in power dynamics, leadership, and workplace well-being. Pfeffer is renowned for his research on organizational behavior, human resource management, and evidence-based management. His influential books include Power: Why Some People Have It—and Others Don’t and 7 Rules of Power.

His research focuses on workplace health, leadership authenticity, and the impact of power in organizations.
