Jeffrey P. Kushan serves as a Professorial Lecturer in Law at The George Washington University Law School, where he leverages his extensive career as a nationally recognized patent litigator specializing in biotechnology/pharmaceutical patent litigation, PTAB proceedings, and patent appeals.
