Jeffrey Maiden

Jeffrey Maiden, Ph.D., is a Professor of Educational Administration, Curriculum, and Supervision at the University of Oklahoma’s Jeannine Rainbolt College of Education. He serves as Researcher and Director Emeritus of the Institute for the Study of Education Finance (ISEF), an organization he co-founded. His work focuses on education finance, including intergovernmental fiscal relationships, educational reform’s fiscal impacts, capital outlay, debt service, and education finance litigation. Maiden has published extensively in top journals like Journal of Education Finance and mentored over 40 doctoral students.
