Jeffrey M Giddings is a Professor and Associate Dean (Experiential Education) at Monash Law Faculty, Monash University. He previously served at Griffith University for 22 years, establishing their clinical legal education program. He holds a PhD (2010) and has authored influential books including Global Clinical Legal Education (2025) and Promoting Justice Through Clinical Legal Education. His research focuses on clinical legal education, access to justice, and alternative dispute resolution.
