Jeffrey Johnson is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at North Dakota State University and an Adjunct Scientist at the Sanford Center for Biobehavioral Research. His work bridges cognitive neuroscience with translational studies on attention, memory, and behavioral health.
- Education: Ph.D. in Cognition and Perception from University of Iowa (2008)
His research focuses on neural mechanisms of selective attention and memory using EEG, non-invasive brain stimulation, and neural modeling. He also investigates cognitive factors in disordered eating through federally funded translational studies involving rs-fMRI and EMA methods. Collaborations with Sanford researchers explore age-related cognitive changes and neurological disease progression.
