Jeffrey Durieux is a guest researcher at Leiden University, affiliated with the School of Social and Behavioural Sciences and the Department of Methodology and Statistics. He holds a Master of Science (cum laude) in Methodology and Statistics in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science (cum laude) in Psychology from the same institution.
His research focuses on integrating unsupervised learning techniques with independent component analysis (ICA) for advanced processing of biomedical signals such as resting-state fMRI and EEG. He has contributed to the development of the R package for Clusterwise ICA, aiming to enhance precision medicine through clustering of brain data patterns.
