Jeffrey Diamond serves as an Adjunct Professor of Insurance Law at multiple prestigious institutions including Atlanta's John Marshall Law School (since 2012), Georgia State University College of Law (since 2009), and as faculty in Emory Law School's Kessler-Eidson Program for Trial Techniques (since 2008).
He earned his B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara and his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. With more than 47 years of experience as a practicing litigation attorney, Professor Diamond specializes in Insurance Law and related matters, representing both insurance companies and policyholders in coverage and bad faith actions.
His expertise spans various insurance domains including property, liability, life, and disability insurance claims. Professor Diamond is frequently sought after for media commentary on insurance matters, having been interviewed by major financial publications including MoneyGeek, WalletHub, CreditDonkey, and Finance Buzz on topics ranging from car insurance to SR-22 requirements and COVID-19 impacts on insurance policies.
