Sidney S. Welch

Sidney S. Welch is an Adjunct Professor at the Georgia State University College of Law, where she teaches the Healthcare Transactions Practicum since 2014. She is a nationally recognized legal expert specializing in healthcare regulatory compliance, mergers & acquisitions, and litigation, particularly in areas like digital health, telehealth, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and privacy laws. Her work bridges law and public health, informed by her joint degrees in Law and Public Health.
