Dr. Jeffery Raphael is a Lecturer in Computer Science at King's College London's Department of Informatics, within the Faculty of Natural, Mathematical & Engineering Sciences. He holds a PhD from the University of Liverpool, where his research focused on auction-based cooperation mechanisms in MultiAgent systems.
