Jeff Liang is an Adjunct Professor at Seattle University School of Law, where he teaches courses in Taxation of Nonprofit Organizations, Taxation of LLCs and Partnerships, and Corporate Taxation. He specializes in advising small businesses, non-profits, and individuals on transactional, tax, and legal matters, with a focus on supporting BIPOC communities.

His research and practice emphasize client-centered legal solutions, tax compliance for non-profits, and addressing systemic barriers faced by marginalized communities. He previously worked at the IRS Office of Chief Counsel and Lane Powell PC, and co-founded Ling and Liang PLLC in 2010.
Jeff actively serves on several boards, including as Board Chair of the Asian Counsel and Referral Service, Co-Chair of the Seattle-Chinatown International District, and President of the Asian Bar Association of Washington Student Scholarship Foundation.
