Jeff Davies

Jeff Davies is a Senior Lecturer in Haemato-oncology at Queen Mary University of London and a Group Leader at the Centre for Haemato-Oncology. He is also an Honorary Consultant with expertise in improving allogeneic stem cell transplantation and adoptive immunotherapy for blood cancers.

Dr. Davies' research focuses on T-cell alloreactivity in stem cell transplantation and immunotherapy, aiming to enhance the safety and efficacy of treatments for leukaemia and lymphoma. His work explores mechanisms of immune escape, regulatory T-cell expansion, and novel strategies for tumor-specific T-cell generation.

His recent publications highlight advancements in understanding retinoic acid signaling in graft-versus-host disease, alloanergization techniques for T-cell therapy, and TNFRSF14 aberrations in follicular lymphoma. These studies span disciplines including immunology, haematology, and cellular therapy.
