Jeanette Engzell

Jeanette Engzell is an Assistant Professor at Linköping University's Faculty of Technology, affiliated with the Department of Management and Engineering (IEI). Her research focuses on intrapreneurship, particularly how organizational conditions and individual drivers influence innovation within corporations and academia. She holds a PhD from Uppsala University (2021), an M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Business and Economics from Stockholm School of Economics (2014 and 2012).

Engzell explores topics like sustainable solutions through intrapreneurship, gender perspectives in corporate innovation, and circular economy challenges in industries like workwear. Her work bridges academia and industry, emphasizing practical frameworks for fostering innovation.

In teaching, she champions challenge-based learning and integrates innovative pedagogical tools like podcasts into engineering education. She is part of the Project, Innovations and Entrepreneurship (PIE) division, which emphasizes project management, innovation, and entrepreneurship education.
