Jeananne Cassarino Ralston serves as an Applied Music Instructor at Hobart and William Smith Colleges within the Music Department. She joined the faculty in 1995 and has been affiliated with HWS since 1985, initially working as a pianist in the dance studio before transitioning to her current instructional role.

- B.A. in Music with piano concentration from Mount Union College, Alliance, Ohio
- Double major in Fine Arts, graduating cum laude
Ralston maintains an active approach to music education, regularly attending pedagogy workshops to stay current with piano teaching methodologies. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes relevance and personalization, adapting to students' learning styles and personalities while ensuring both adult beginners and advanced students engage with music they love. Beyond music, she has exhibited her paintings locally, demonstrating her dual commitment to artistic disciplines.
