Jean-François Garneau

Jean-François Garneau serves as a Professor of Management at the School of Administration (ESA) at TÉLUQ University. He is responsible for leadership and cultural diversity management courses and co-responsible for the core management course. Currently, he is developing advanced graduate courses exploring the relationship between strategic foresight and management, and ethics in decision-making frameworks.

His scholarly work spans strategic management, leadership development, cultural diversity in organizations, business ethics, and strategic foresight methodologies. Dr. Garneau has developed particular expertise in integrating ethical considerations into managerial decision processes and applying foresight techniques to contemporary management challenges.
