Jayson Childs is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Geography and Tourism Studies at Brock University. He holds a HBA from Lakehead University, a B.Ed from Lakehead, MES from Wilfrid Laurier University, and a Ph.D. from Wilfrid Laurier. His research focuses on Coastal Geomorphology of the Great Lakes, Aeolian processes, coastal conservation, water resources, and Polar Geography. He teaches courses such as GEOG 1F91 (Principles of Physical Geography) and GEOG 3P83 (Geography of Water Resources), with prior teaching in resource management and environmental geographies.
