Jayoung Song is the Watz Early Career Professor and an Assistant Professor of Korean and Applied Linguistics at Pennsylvania State University. Her research focuses on Korean applied linguistics, technology-enhanced language learning (particularly using VR/AR), intercultural communication, and second language reading. She teaches courses such as ASIA 200, KOR 422, and KOR 452, emphasizing immersive language learning and cultural studies.
