Jayesh Rathod

Jayesh Rathod is Professor of Law and Director of the Immigrant Justice Clinic at American University Washington College of Law. He holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School (2001) and an A.B. from Harvard University (1997). His expertise spans immigration law, labor/employment law, and clinical education.
