Jay Temple

Jay Temple is an Adjunct Professor at Thomas Jefferson School of Law. He graduated from the institution in 2010, serving as a Senior Editor of the Thomas Jefferson Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Honor Society during his studies. Post-graduation, he passed the California Bar Exam and worked with a prominent criminal defense firm in San Diego before founding his own criminal defense practice in 2015. He currently holds roles on the Executive Committee of the San Diego Criminal Defense Bar Association Board of Directors, the San Diego County Indigent Criminal Defense Grant Fund Board of Directors, and the San Diego Criminal Defense Lawyers Club.

Temple actively engages in professional development, delivering CLE presentations to fellow criminal defense attorneys. His scholarly contributions include articles on criminal law developments and defense strategies for California Attorneys for Criminal Justice.
