Michael Hernandez

Michael Hernandez is an Adjunct Professor at the University of San Diego School of Law. He specializes in immigration law, criminal defense, and appeals, with notable expertise in deportation defense, asylum, and VAWA claims. His legal career includes founding his own practice and collaborating with prominent San Diego defense attorneys on high-stakes cases.
