Jay J. Pantaleo serves as Associate Dean, MBA Director, and Senior Lecturer in Decision Sciences at Marist College's School of Management. He joined the faculty full time in August 2019 after 12 years of prior institutional service since 2007, holding roles including Director of Executive Programs, Director of Finance & Budgeting, and Assistant Controller.

His research integrates industry expertise with academic rigor across Business Analytics, Accounting, Entrepreneurship, and Operations Management. This synthesis stems from 20+ years in corporate finance roles at major organizations including IBM, Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, and Loehmann's retail chain, where he served as Director of Accounting.
Community engagement constitutes a significant dimension of his professional identity through leadership positions as Chair of the Hudson Valley Credit Union Board of Directors and member of the Town of Poughkeepsie Board of Assessment Review.
