Jay Carlis

Jay Carlis is a Lecturer at Johns Hopkins University, teaching in the MS in Energy Policy and Climate program. He is a 20-year renewable energy industry veteran currently serving as VP, Origination at Pine Gate Renewables, where he leads cross-functional teams in power offtake contracting, negotiation, and deal approval, with expertise in wholesale RTO/ISO markets.
