Javier Turienzo Riveiro

Javier Turienzo Riveiro is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Administration and Business Management, Universidade de Santiago de Compostela. He is affiliated with the Business Organization and Marketing Department and contributes to the POSMARK research group (People, Sustainable Organizations and Marketing). His research focuses on mobility ecosystems, business model innovation, and experiential learning methodologies in management education.

He holds a PhD from the University of Vigo (2022), with a thesis titled "The transformation of the mobility ecosystem: trends, future business models and their effect on the global value chain", supervised by Dr. Jesús F. Lampón Caride and Dr. Pablo Cabanelas Lorenzo.

His research interests span sustainable mobility, automotive industry dynamics, digital logistics disruption, and pedagogical innovations. Notable themes include the impact of connected/autonomous vehicles, global value chain reconfiguration, and theater-based leadership training.

His recent publications analyze emerging mobility technologies, logistics digitalization, and cross-border automotive strategies. He explores how new technologies reshape business models, urban planning, and educational practices.

Currently involved with the POSMARK group, his work bridges strategic management, sustainability, and innovation in business systems. He emphasizes interdisciplinary approaches to address challenges in mobility and organizational development.
