JAVIER TURIENZO RIVEIRO

Javier Turienzo Riveiro is an Assistant Professor at the University of Santiago de Compostela's Faculty of Administration and Business Management, Department of Business Organization and Marketing. His research focuses on mobility ecosystems, business model innovation, and experiential education methodologies. He holds a PhD from the University of Vigo (2022) on the transformation of the mobility ecosystem and its impact on global value chains, advised by Dr. Jesús F. Lampón Caride and Dr. Pablo Cabanelas Lorenzo.

His work explores technological disruption in automotive industries, including electric vehicles, autonomous systems, and logistics transformations. He also investigates educational frameworks using theater and ICT tools to develop responsible leadership and female entrepreneurship. As part of the POSMARK research group (People, Sustainable Organizations and Marketing), he addresses sustainability and organizational strategies in evolving markets.

Recent publications analyze mobility trends, digital platforms, and socio-technical transitions in transportation sectors. His interdisciplinary approach bridges business strategy, technology adoption, and pedagogical innovation, contributing to both academic discourse and practical industry insights.
