Dr. Javier Nevarez is a Professor of Zoological Medicine in the Department of Veterinary Clinical Sciences at Louisiana State University's School of Veterinary Medicine. His academic credentials include a PhD (2007), DVM (2001), and BS (1998) all from LSU. He holds dual board certifications as a Diplomate of the American College of Zoological Medicine and European College of Zoological Medicine (Herpetology).
