Javier Antich Tobaruela

Javier Antich Tobaruela is a Tenured Contract Senior Lecturer in the Department of Computer Architecture and Technology at the School of Mathematics and Computer Science, University of the Balearic Islands (UIB), where he also serves as deputy director. With over 14 years of teaching and research experience as of 2015, he holds multiple degrees from UIB and maintains active roles in robotics research and engineering education.

His publication record comprises seven international journal articles, five book chapters, and over twenty conference papers centered on robotics and navigation algorithms. These contributions demonstrate consistent focus on improving computational efficiency and reliability in mobile robotics through innovative algorithmic approaches.
