Jason Schwab is an Associate Professor in the Visual Arts Department and Technology Director of the Brown Innovation Center at Flagler College. He holds a Master of Fine Arts from Columbus College of Art & Design. His work blends photography and sculpture, emphasizing hybrid artistic practices. Key exhibitions include 'Speak Soft(er) and Carry a Big Stick' and collaborations with Leslie Robison. He received the 2015 Greater Columbus Arts Council Visual Art Fellowship and serves on the Board of Directors for the Mid-America College Art Association since 2016.
Teaching focuses on photography (levels I & II), sculpture, book arts, and visual culture. Courses include CDD 240 (photographic investigation of St. Augustine) and COR 153 (photography as critical discourse).
