Jason Palmer is a Senior Research Fellow in Modelling the Building Stock at the Bartlett School of Environment, Energy & Resources, University College London (UCL). He works part-time at UCL while also serving as director of Cambridge Energy Ltd and Cambridge Architectural Research Ltd. With 25 years of experience, his expertise spans energy use, energy efficiency, and carbon emissions analysis in residential and non-domestic buildings.
