Jason Mazzone is the Albert E. Jenner, Jr. Professor at the University of Illinois College of Law. He holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School, an LL.M. and J.S.D. from Yale Law School, and degrees from Stanford and Harvard Universities. His research focuses on constitutional law, federalism, and intellectual property, with particular attention to legal history and comparative constitutional frameworks.
