Jason M Silverman is a Professor at the Faculty of Theology, University of Helsinki, and a Docent in Hebrew Bible and Cultural History of Ancient Persia. He leads Team 2 'Social Scientific Theory and Applications' within the Centre of Excellence in Ancient Near Eastern Empires (ANEE) and serves as Principal Investigator for the ERC Advanced Grant project WORK-IT.
