Jason Lowther

Dr. Jason Lowther is a Professor and Head of the Department of Public Administration and Policy at the University of Birmingham. He also serves as Director of the Institute of Local Government Studies (INLOGOV). With a career spanning public sector and private organizations, he focuses on improving public services through evidence-based approaches and community collaboration.
