Dr. Jason Karsky is a Professor and Chair of the Criminal Justice Department at Wayne State College. He holds a Ph.D. in Sociology (South Dakota State University, 1999), M.S. in Criminal Justice (St. Cloud State University, 1995), and B.S. in Criminal Justice (University of North Dakota, 1993). His expertise spans juvenile delinquency, correctional systems, emergency management, and sociological theories like social construction of reality.
