Jason John Burtt is a Professor in the Department of Sociology at Trinity Western University's Faculty of Humanities & Social Sciences. He holds a PhD in Sociology (2022) and advanced degrees in Theological Studies (2014) and Religion and Philosophy (2007), reflecting his interdisciplinary focus. Previously a youth pastor and worship leader, Dr. Burtt's academic work bridges sociology, religion, and social psychology.
