Dr. Jason Hubbart is a Professor of Physical Hydrology at the Davis College of Agriculture and Natural Resources, West Virginia University. He serves as the Associate Dean of Research for the Division for Land-Grant Engagement and Associate Director of the West Virginia Agricultural and Forestry Experiment Station. His roles include oversight of USDA-funded projects, strategic research planning, and management of over $30 million in annual research expenditures.
