Jason Clark

Jason Clark, M.D., is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center and a member of the Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine. He serves as Medical Director of the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at Parkland Health and Hospital System. Dr. Clark specializes in critical care medicine and is actively involved in housestaff education.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in microbiology from the University of Texas at Austin
• M.D. from UT Southwestern Medical Center
• Internal medicine residency at UT Southwestern
• Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine fellowship at UT Southwestern

Research & Clinical Focus: Dr. Clark focuses on caring for critically ill patients and improving medical education for trainees. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in pulmonary and critical care medicine. His administrative roles include membership on the ED/MICU/Ward Patient Transition Committee and the Transfusion Utilization Committee at Parkland.
