Dr. Jasna Halambek serves as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Food Technology, Polytechnic of Vukovar, where she has taught since 2015. Her academic credentials include a PhD (2011) and undergraduate degree (2002).
Her research focuses on food chemistry, analytical techniques, chemical-biological hazard management, and surface engineering applications in food technology.
