Marina Cocchi

Marina Cocchi is a Full Professor in the Department of Chemical and Geological Sciences at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. She specializes in Analytical Chemistry (CHEM-01/A) and maintains an active teaching schedule for the 2025 academic year across multiple degree programs.

Her research interests focus on advanced analytical methodologies including chemometrics, multivariate data analysis, and experimental design. Professor Cocchi's expertise spans sampling theory, quality assurance in analytical laboratories, and application of separation techniques (GC, HPLC) and spectroscopic methods (IR, NIR, Raman) for analysis of complex matrices including food products, fertilizers, and environmental samples.
