Jasmine DeJesus is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG), where she directs the Development, Culture, and Health Lab focused on child development from infancy through early adolescence.

Her research investigates children's social attitudes, reasoning about cultural groups, food preferences, eating behavior, and early health concepts, emphasizing how cultural contexts shape developmental trajectories in health cognition and social understanding.
