Jasmina Selimovic

Jasmina Selimovic, PhD, is a Professor at the School of Economics and Business, University of Sarajevo, where she has taught since 2004. Her academic expertise spans Insurance, Actuarial Science, Financial Mathematics, and Quantitative Economics. She serves as Dean of the School of Economics and Business, Chair of the Governing Board at the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and President of the Board of Directors of the Health Insurance Institute of Sarajevo Canton.

Education:

• Graduated from the School of Economics and Business, University of Sarajevo
• Postgraduate studies in Business Economics with specialization in Actuarial Science and Insurance
• PhD in Actuarial Science (defended at the University of Sarajevo, prepared in the U.S.)
