Jasmina Klemenović is a full professor at the Department of Pedagogy, Faculty of Philosophy, University of Novi Sad. She has been employed there since November 1998, progressing from assistant trainee to full professor in 2015. She coordinates the Student Support Center since 2018 and has contributed extensively to early childhood education research.

Teaching responsibilities include Preschool Pedagogy, Pedagogical Anthropology, and Methodology for preschool teachers. She has also developed graduate courses on educational concepts, play-based learning, and curricular design.
