Jarrod Wong

Professor Jarrod Wong is a faculty member at Pacific University School of Law, serving as Co-Director of both the McGeorge Global Center for Business and Development and the International Certificate of Concentration program. He is a leading scholar in international dispute resolution with a particular focus on investor-state arbitration and ISDS system reforms.

His research explores critical issues in international investment law, including legitimacy challenges, transparency, and adjudicator ethics. Professor Wong contributes to global initiatives through roles in UNCITRAL Working Group III and the Academic Forum on ISDS, advocating for reforms like ethical codes and appellate mechanisms.

He actively participates in international arbitration conferences and has published extensively in top journals such as Yale Journal of International Law and Columbia Journal of Transnational Law. His leadership roles include ASIL Annual Meeting co-chair and ITA Advisory Board membership.
