Professor Jarle Trondal is a leading scholar in European public administration and multilevel governance. He holds dual affiliations as Professor at the Department of Political Science and Management, University of Agder (2006–present), and as Professor at the ARENA Centre for European Studies, University of Oslo (2008–present). His research explores the intersection of EU institutions, domestic administrative reform, and organizational behavior.
