Jared Durtschi

Dr. Jared Durtschi is a Professor in the Department of Applied Human Sciences at Kansas State University. His research focuses on romantic relationships, family processes, and quantitative analysis of longitudinal data using large secondary datasets. He holds editorial board positions at the Journal of Marital and Family Therapy and Journal of Couple and Relationship Therapy.

Research emphasizes cognitive, affective, and behavioral interactions in couples/families linked to relationship outcomes. Provides annual mentoring to 25 AAMFT Minority Fellows via workshops and consultations.

Awards: Dawley-Scholer Student Development Award (teaching/mentoring).
