Janne Ruohonen is Professor of Business Law and Director of the Master's Program on Auditing at Tampere University's Faculty of Management and Business. He serves as Adjunct Professor (docent) in Company Law at the University of Turku and holds a visiting professor position (honorary) at King's College London (2025-26). His research focuses on corporate governance, audit law, sustainability reporting, and municipally owned companies.
