Janne Bang is a Teaching Associate Professor at the Department of Communication and Psychology, Aalborg Universitet, Denmark. Her research focuses on mediated communication, cultural studies, and communication methodologies. She has conducted projects such as the 2007–2008 'Kultur- og Eventprojektet Beijing i Aalborg' as project manager, demonstrating her engagement with cultural events and community initiatives. Her work spans academic publications, media contributions, and public lectures on topics like group examinations as strategic communication and data analysis in sports. She has been actively involved in media discussions on football fan behavior and university governance issues since 2006.
