Dr. Janna Wilson is a Senior Instructor in the Clayton H. Riddell Faculty of Environment, Earth, and Resources at the University of Manitoba. She holds a PhD in Soil Science (Manitoba, 2012), MA in Environment and Geography (Manitoba, 2002), and BSc in Geography (Winnipeg, 1997). With over 10 years of teaching experience, her courses include Introduction to Physical Geography, Geomorphology, Geography of Canada, Natural Hazards, and Geography of the United States.
Wilson's research background includes soil science studies focused on herbicide mineralization in prairie landscapes. She has published on 2,4-D herbicide behavior in agricultural soils under varying environmental conditions.
