Dr Janja Tardios is a Senior Lecturer in Strategy and International Business at Brunel Business School, Brunel University London, where she joined in March 2020. She is affiliated with the Department of Global Management and leads the International Business MSc programme. Prior to Brunel, she held a Teaching and Research Fellowship at King’s College London and was involved in academic activities at the University of Leeds and Birkbeck, University of London.
Her educational background includes a PhD in Business and Economics from the Centre for International Business, University of Leeds; an MSc in International Business from the University of Essex; and a BA in Economics and Business from the University of Zagreb, Croatia.
Dr Tardios' research focuses on multinational enterprises (MNEs), particularly their international investment strategies, innovation processes, and interactions with political and social environments. She integrates perspectives from international business, political economy, sociology, and economic geography.
