Janis Tondora, Psy.D., is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at Yale School of Medicine and Director of Systems Transformation at the Yale Program for Recovery and Community Health. Her work focuses on implementing recovery-oriented practices and person-centered recovery planning (PCRP) across behavioral health systems, emphasizing collaboration with individuals with lived experience and families.
